Ankeny Blvd. in Ankeny,  IA to DRA Properties.  The ground is zoned for commercial use.  The new owner has employed Zane Smith to market it in smaller parcels and he has 2 offers pending on the smaller lots at this time.  Zane Smith represented the buyer in the transaction.
