Zane Smith Commercial, a member of CIGroup, has sold a 2,400 sf office building at 4021 East 14th Street in Des Moines,  IA. The property had an apartment, large garage and a rental house.  The new buyer is an investor looking for income producing properties.  Zane Smith represented the buyer in the transaction.
