Zane Smith, CCIM, a member of Zane Smith Commercial, has leased 6,000 sf at 1695 NE 58th Avenue in Des Moines,  IA to Husky Spring.  Smith recently renewed two existing tenants' leases.  Now the 24,000 sf building is 100% occupied.

Smith represented the landlord in the transaction.
