Michael Morse, CCIM, of Morse Retail Realty, a member of CIGroup and Jeff Daniels, of Buyers Realty, have leased 7,992 sf at Pepperwood Place Shopping Center in Iowa City,  IA to Tuesday Morning.  The tenant will open in March of 2004.

Morse represented the Landlord in the transaction.

Additional space is available for lease at Pepperwood Place, which is receiving a new entrance directly from Highway 6, and will be completely remodeled in early 2004.

Major tenants at Pepperwood Place are K-Mart, Big Lots, Hancock Fabrics and Tuesday Morning.
