Michael Morse, CCIM, and Mike Erickson, members of CIGroup, have leased spaces at Jesse Place Shopping Center in Urbandale, Iowa to Taco Johns of Iowa and Mille Miglia Caffe', d/b/a Amici Espresso.  Barb Hokel of Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial brought Amici Espresso to Jesse Place, and Bill Wright, of the Terrus Realty Group, brought Taco Johns.
