Michael Morse, CCIM, of Morse Retail Realty, a member of CIGroup, has leased 1,721 sf at Pepperwood Place Shopping Center in Iowa City,  IA to China Moon Buffet.

China Moon Buffet is a replacement for the former Tokyo Ichiban restaurant, and the 1,721 square foot expansion completes a full remodel of the restaurant.  The new buffet is now open daily.

Morse represented the Landlord in the transaction.

There is excellent retail space still available at Pepperwood Place.  The center will receive a new entrance directly off Highway 6 and a complete renewal of the shopping center look in early 2004.

Special incentives are available for tenants making leases during the remodeling project.
