Mike has been in the real estate business since 1977.  His early work was in commercial/industrial brokerage and property management.  Mike has specialized in retail site selection, investment, and development since 1987. His regional scope encompasses the entire Midwest. Long term relationships with retail chains and franchisers, as well as landowners throughout the United States are strong underpinnings for his extensive network in real estate.
