The Bettendorf Company, a member of CIGroup, has sold 7.5 acres at 104th & Hickman in Urbandale, IA to       Dennis Albaugh.  Bob Bettendorf represented Jordan Motors, the seller in the transaction and Zane Smith represented the buyer.
