The Bettendorf Company, a member of CIGroup, has sold 50 acres at Western Plains Business Park in Grimes,  IA to Crossroads Business Park of Des Moines.  The Seller was A.R.M., LC.  Bob Bettendorf represented the seller in the transaction.
